Ouzi rice with chicken
the components:

2 cups basmati rice (long grain rice) 

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 large onion, chopped 2 cloves of minced garlic 2 chicken cut into medium pieces 1 tablespoon mixed spices 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup pine nuts 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup walnuts

How to prepare:

1- Wash the rice well and put it in water for 30 minutes

2- Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat

3- Add the onions and garlic and stir until the onions wilt

4- Add the chicken, spices, salt and pepper and stir well.

5- Add 3 cups of boiling water and leave it until it boils.

6- Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and leave it on low heat for 40 or 50 minutes until the chicken is cooked.

7- Drain the rice from the water

8- Add the pine nuts, almonds and walnuts to the chicken.

9- Place a layer of rice in an oven tray.

10- Add a layer of chicken stuffed with walnuts, pine nuts and almonds.

11- Place another layer of rice.

12- Press the rice well

13- Put a little oil on the surface of the rice (pass it over the surface of the rice).

14- Bake the ouzi in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes or until the rice is cooked and golden.

You can add your favorite vegetables to the ouzi, such as carrots, peas, and corn.

You can replace chicken with minced meat.

You can decorate the ouzi with a little chopped parsley.
