There are three ways to tray chicken


Chicken with potatoes in the oven

Whole chicken cut into large pieces. Five cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped. Juice of three fresh lemons. Grated peel of two lemons. A quarter cup of vinegar. A tablespoon of: dried thyme, sumac, chili paste, and salt. A teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Three tomatoes or ten cherry tomatoes, peeled, chopped and roasted. Half a cup of water

How to prepare:

Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and add all the following ingredients: chopped garlic, fresh lemon juice, lemon peel, vinegar, dried thyme, sumac, chili paste, grilled tomato pieces, salt, ground cinnamon, and half a cup of water. To the chicken pot, then soak it. Add the chicken to it, and stir well. Place the chicken pieces and potato slices in the baking tray, then pour the marinade over them, then place the tray in a preheated oven on high heat for about thirty minutes. Reduce the temperature, cover the baking tray with aluminum foil, and bake for approximately thirty to forty minutes or until done. Take the tray out of the oven, and serve it ready.


Chicken breast tray with potatoes

the components:

 One kilogram of chicken. A cup of water. Half a cup of lemon juice. A quarter cup of olive oil. Four large chilled beans, cut into thin fingers. Two onions, divided into wings. Six lobes of air divided into sectors. Two green peppers cut in half. A little of each: coriander, oregano, and cinnamon. Half a teaspoon of salt. A quarter teaspoon of pepper and turmeric

How to prepare:

Install the wire rack in the middle of the oven, and preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Prepare a medium-sized oven dish, then cover the mold with a piece of aluminum foil, leaving part of the paper outside the dish. Place the turmeric, coriander, chicken, onion, garlic, pepper, potatoes, oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, and cinnamon in a deep dish, and stir the chicken, potatoes, and spices with your fingertips until the ingredients are completely mixed. Pour the chicken and potatoes into the oven dish, distribute the water and spices mixture over it, then cover the dish with a piece of aluminum. Place the tray of chicken and potatoes in the oven for sixty minutes. After fifty minutes, remove the aluminum foil and return the dish to the oven until the chicken and potatoes are cooked.


Potato tray with chicken and cheese

the components:

Six large potatoes, cut into thin slices. A tablespoon of each: olive oil. Mashed ginger. Chicken spices. Chopped large onion. Three cloves of crushed garlic. Two chopped green peppers. A teaspoon of each: salt. red pepper. Ground chili pepper. A quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper. Two large carrots, grated. Four cups of boiled chicken. A large chopped sweet green pepper. A cup of chopped parsley

Cheese mixture ingredients:

A cup of ketchup. A cup of grated mozzarella cheese. Two cups of grated cheddar cheese

Top layer components:

A cup of liquid milk. A cup of sour cream. an egg

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius, install the oven rack in the middle, and prepare a medium-sized oven dish suitable for serving on the table. We distribute half the amount of potato slices at the bottom of the dish. Put the oil in a wide frying pan and put it on medium heat, then add the onions, garlic and ginger and stir the mixture using a wooden spoon until it softens. Add: hot pepper, spices, salt, pepper, paprika, and hot pepper to the mixture and stir the onions well until they absorb the spices, then add the carrots and stir until they soften. Add the chicken, green pepper and red pepper and stir the ingredients for about two minutes until the vegetables are cooked, then add the parsley. We distribute the mixture over the potatoes in the dish, then distribute the ketchup over the chicken mixture, then add half the amount of mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, then distribute the rest of the potato slices to cover the chicken mixture. We distribute the mixture over the potatoes in the dish and distribute the remaining amount of cheese. Place the tray of potatoes in the oven for approximately thirty to forty minutes, until the potatoes are completely cooked and golden

Prepare the topping:

Place the eggs, milk, and cream in a deep dish, using a wire whisk, and stir the ingredients together to mix well
